WELCOME TO THE BOPLEX BOX OFFICE

Tickets can be purchased online from Ticketmaster.com or with the official Ticketmaster mobile app on Android or iPhone. MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Ticketmaster guarantees that the seat you buy is the seat you get. Even tickets transferred or resold to you are 100% verified and issued in your name so they can't be counterfeited. Be aware of other ticket resale websites, as Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing service for events at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex. In some cases, tickets from alternative sites may not be legitimate and guests will not be permitted into their event.

With Ticketmaster mobile entry you'll be able to enter an event without the need of a physical ticket. Mobile entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events. Upon arrival to your event, locate your tickets in the Ticketmaster app or the mobile website. You’ll show your ticket to the ticket scanner, your bar-code is scanned—and you’re in. Download the Ticketmaster app to use mobile entry.

Some events at the BOplex will be designated phone-free, utilizing the Yondr system. Yondr creates phone-free spaces, where artists and audiences can enjoy the performance in the moment and without distraction, creating a better experience for everyone. The Yondr system provides a simple solution to a technological problem that allows you to maintain possession of your phone at all times.

HOW YONDR WORKS

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches, cameras and recording devices will be placed and locked in Yondr cases. You will maintain possession of your device and the case will be unlocked at the end of the show. You may access your phone in designated phone use areas throughout the venue at any time.

*Anyone caught with one of the aforementioned devices will be escorted out from the show.
